About The Role
We are looking for a risk analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join the Risk & Assurance team the individual will be the main point of contact for both MS ABS and the legal entities that use the GRC application. It is key this candidate can manage a variety of deliverables to time in an efficient and effective way in relation to reporting and maintenance and support of the GRC tool.
The Risk Analyst will be expected to support the execution of the Risk Management Framework and improve risk management practices to ensure they are in direct alignment with corporate goals

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
• Support the day-to-day administration of GRC application DecisionFocus, including training to end users.
• Conduct assurance and quality control activity and oversight of the quarterly control attestation cycle and associated remediation actions.
• Provide support in regards to MI and reporting.
• Support a positive, continuous risk and control culture across the business
• Support deep dive reviews with the business to identify the root cause of any operational risk errors, identify control failings, and agree suitable mitigation to mitigate future reoccurrence/losses
• The individual will be expected to build and manage relationships across the risk team within ABS and the relevant stakeholders within the entities

What We Need From You
• Experience with a GRC application.
• An understanding of core operational risk concepts
• Relevant risk management experience, including assessing risks, evaluating control effectiveness, and reporting. Familiarity with risk management software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team environment.
• Strong data processing and numerical skills
