Job Descrption
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is currently pursuing a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification. The ideal candidate will have experience as an office secretary and a solid understanding of corporate taxes and accounting principles. This role involves managing client accounts, assisting with tax-related matters, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts and tax-related inquiries.
• Support the finance team with bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant tax laws and... accounting practices.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
• Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of corporate taxes and accounting principles.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• UAE experience is must.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
