E-commerce Operations Specialist at WOW VIR

Job Descrption
We are an innovative multi-vendor mobile application company that connects vendors of flowers, cakes, chocolates, perfumes, and other gifts on a single platform. Customers place orders through our app, and vendors fulfill these orders either by self-delivery or through our services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team to manage products and collaborate with vendors and the catalog team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations with vendors, ensuring all product information (prices, descriptions, images) is accurate and up to date.
- Work with vendors to gather and update product information, including high-quality images and detailed descriptions.
- Coordinate with the catalog team to ensure swift and accurate uploading of new products to the control panel.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure products are updated and available on the platform.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks on products... before and after they are uploaded to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide support to vendors in resolving any operational or product listing issues on the app.
- Collaborate with other internal teams such as sales and support to ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or related fields, preferably in a multi-vendor environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with teams across different time zones.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in vendor relationship management or handling product operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
