Job Description
Your tasks:
• Check in / out of guests
• Central contact person
• Ticket sales
• Simple processing and administration of the daily cash registers
• Preparation of daily accounts
• Preparation of invoices
• Guest care
• Acceptance and processing of reservations
• Preparation of offers
• Instruction and training... of trainees
• And much more.

Contract:
• Full-time 40 hours/week
• Working days: 5 days Monday - Sunday
• Working hours: early shift and late shift
• Permanently employment contract
• 6 months probationary period
Qualifications
Do you have these qualifications?
• You have completed training as a hotel specialist or equivalent training
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You have good knowledge of guest service, reception and reservations
• You are familiar with the MS Office programmes
• You have a well-groomed appearance
• You have an independent and responsible way of working
• You have professional and social skills
• You are team-orientated, flexible and able to work under pressure
• You enjoy dealing with guests
