Job Description

• Welcomes guests and assists them from their arrival through to departure

• Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay

• Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts

• Helps encourage guest loyalty by developing friendly and personalized relationships

• Stores guest baggage securely when requested (according to the Novotel & Adagio procedures and general safety requirements)

• Ensures the security of guests’ property during transfers and/or storage in the luggage room.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded

• Dynamic, Team spirit

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• Good presentation and confident speaking skills

• Hospitality experience
