Job Description
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and maintain the luggage room and long-term luggage store in a neat and orderly manner.
• Maintain VIP/Group and individual arrivals reports.
• Attend to inquiries and provide accurate... information to guests.
• Determine and ensure compliance with all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
• Evaluate the everyday status of all hotels and coordinate with various departments such as reservations, sales, and housekeeping to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
• Hospitality background is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
