Job Descrption
• *Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)
• *Location**: UAE, Dubai
• *Job Type**: Full-time
• *Salary**: AED 5,000 - 06,000 per month (all-inclusive)
• *experience** : Minimum of 1-3 years in in pre-contract services, with a focus on infrastructure projects including stormwater, sewage, and other related infrastructure.
• *Key Area of Experience**: Strong Experience in Measurements of Buildings and Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Preparation and Management:
• Coordinate with main contractors and clients for preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Formulate bid strategies and prepare bids for tender adjudication.
• Analyze project documentation such as plans and bills of quantities to estimate costs.
Estimation and Costing:
• Expert in assessing and estimating construction and landscaping works.
• Price and estimate project costs, including preliminaries, supervision, administration, and specific infrastructure works like... stormwater, sewage systems, hard and soft landscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting, swimming pools, water features, site furniture, maintenance, rectification, and demolition works.
Technical Documentation and Submissions:
• Prepare and issue sub-contract and material supply enquiries, and assess quotations.
• Prepare tender clarifications and queries to obtain necessary information from clients/main contractors.
• Complete tender submissions with both commercial and technical documents.
Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
• Attend pre-bid, post-bid, and pre-construction meetings.
• Liaise with stakeholders and finalize proposals.
• Follow up with clients and main contractors and attend post-tender meetings.
Site Visits and Quantity Take-Off:
• Conduct site visits to identify project conditions.
• Perform quantity take-off using CAD and PDF formats.

• *Qualifications**:
B.E in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), ON-SCREEN TAKE-OFF (On Center Software), MS Office, Internet, CorelDRAW, and Timberline software.
Knowledge of FIDIC and bespoke contracts.
