As a Junior Partner, you will be involved in a wide range of legal responsibilities, from defending depositions and discovery to drafting and arguing motions.

This role requires a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running and bring their existing book business to our firm.

Responsibilities As a Junior Partner, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to Representing clients in employment law matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring their rights are protected. Defending depositions and handling all aspects of discovery. Drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions in court. Bringing an existing book of business to our firm, contributing to our growth and success. Working... collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and adapting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have A minimum of 6 years of experience as an associate in the legal industry, with a focus on employment law. Proven experience in defending depositions, discovery, initial pleadings, and drafting and arguing motions. An existing book of business that they can bring to our firm. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.

Admission to practice law in Florida. A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
