Faststream is currently searching for a Ship Operator to work with a global and successful ship owner/operator in Dubai with a strong reputation in the region.

Role Overview:
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Focus: Operations management across Handy and Ultramax vessels
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Scale Operations: Oversee voyage instructions to Masters, manage laytime, claims, demurrage, and bunkering for the company’s fleet.
• Autonomy: Operate vessels independently, handling day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.
• Claims Support: Collaborate with a legal team for assistance on complex or high-value claims, allowing you to focus on seamless operations.
