Job Descrption
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in the UAE within the Interior Fit-Out industry, along with excellent vendor management skills and a good understanding of technical aspects related to interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of procurement for interior fit-out projects, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best prices and credit facilities.
- Manage and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring project requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Collaborate with project teams for site handling and ensuring material delivery aligns with project timelines.
- Identify and source high-quality materials while availing cost-effective solutions for fit-out projects.
- Ensure timely... procurement and delivery of materials to project sites, managing logistics and coordination.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, keeping a balance between project demands and available stock.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out companies in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out materials and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Established network of vendors and suppliers in the UAE market.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-lasting vendor and client relationships.
- Ability to handle project sites and ensure smooth procurement processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in procurement software and other project management tools.
- Experience in working with UAE-based clients and vendors, understanding local market trends and pricing.
