We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our Sydney office, and support our growth. You will be the right hand to our Australian Managing Director (who is one of Sleek’s co-founder), supporting critical decision-making processes, and contributing to our company's exponential growth trajectory.

This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, gain invaluable hands-on experience, and set the stage for launching your own entrepreneurial venture in the future. This is the opposite of the coffee/copy run internship cliché. 

Scope of work

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and industry insights;
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to leadership team and internal stakeholders;
• Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement across various operational facets (operations, marketing, sales, pricing…);
• Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights for decision-making;
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions;
• Actively engage in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities;

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward;
• Strong analytical skills;
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights/ideas;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Passion for learning and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and technology;
• You are in for a 6-12 months internship based out of Sydney;
