Senior Interior FitOut Architectural CAD Engineer

As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings, Cutlists & As-builts.
• Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.
• Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and... specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings and other trades.
• Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings.
• Preparing detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.
• Coordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil, Diploma, ITI.

Candidate must be able to join within a week once selected.
