Job Description
• Submitting the invoice to the correct person on a daily basis.
• Tracking the payment certificate from client QS and chasing the finance for the payment.
• Keeping track of all accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Planning a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status.
• Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans.
•... Investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Creating trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
• Updating account status and database regularly.
• Alerting superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
• Complying with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
