Job Descrption
Urgently required: a qualified and experienced Architectural Draughtsman. The candidates shall meet the below requirements:
Architecture Draughtsman:
• Holding a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent/relevant field.
• 7 years of experience, out of which 5 years in UAE.
• Fluent in English.
• Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Able to execute architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, and details for tender purposes.
• Produce ID finishing details, such as tiling, RCP & joinery details.
• Coordinate architectural design drawings with MEP & structural services and detect clashes.
• Able to work independently to solve architectural & MEP conflicts if required.
• Calculate BUA, FAR, U-Value & glazing calculations as per Dubai authority requirements.
• Ability to execute drawings using BIM.
• Perform multi-tasking activities.
• Ability to manage strict... deadlines.
