Job Descrption
Urgently required: a qualified and experienced Urban Planner. The candidates shall meet the below requirements:
• Hold a master's or bachelor's degree in urban planning or architecture.
• 7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai, UAE.
• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of the requirements of the client as well as the governmental agencies in Dubai to develop plans and land use.
• Prepare plans, studies, and technical reports.
• Create and interpret maps and diagrams.
• Coordinate with the concerned authorities.
• Ability to conceptualize large-scale plans and establish required milestones to complete projects.
• Experience utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) software.
• Experience working with various database software programs, including Microsoft Suite.
