Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced BIM/CAD Architectural Interior Designer Draftsman to join our team in the Dubai. The BIM/ CAD Architectural Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and managing CAD / Building Information Models (BIM) specifically for interior design projects, ensuring high-quality, detailed, and accurate 3D representations of design concepts.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for interior design projects using industry-standard software.• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the BIM model accurately represents design intent and project requirements.• Create detailed drawings and documentation from the BIM model, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools to ensure model coordination and integration.• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and... regulatory requirements throughout the modeling process.• Assist in the preparation of presentations and visualizations to communicate design concepts and project progress to clients and stakeholders.• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating design changes and revisions as necessary.• Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and best practices.• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM and interior design modeling. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM modeling for interior design projects. Min 3 yrs in GCC.• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.• Excellent technical skills in 3D modeling, drawing production, and model coordination.• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate BIM models and documentation.• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.• Experience with clash detection and resolution processes in BIM.• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards is preferred
