Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in executing all project requirements according to the company standards ensuring that quality, health and safety policies are strictly implemented.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling our fit-out installation and delivering processes.
• Manpower management.
• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the design department.
• Conduct work inspections to ensure the compliance to drawings and specifications.
• Provide accurate project progress to the concerned departments.
• Organize workflow and workforce to meet specifications and deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience in Joinery, fit out projects
• 1-3 years fit out experience.
