AHS, a leading name in the real estate industry, is seeking an innovative and visionary Head of Interior Design to spearhead our design department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creative direction and strategic development of interior design projects across residential and commercial properties. As the Head of Interior Design, you will lead a talented team of designers, ensuring that all projects align with the brand's aesthetic values and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the overall design vision and strategy for the company’s interior design projects
• Lead and mentor the interior design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into innovative design solutions
• Manage all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and scopes... ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to enhance project execution
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating ideas and rationale effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience (10+ years) in interior design, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively
• In-depth knowledge of design trends, materials, and building codes
• Previous experience leading Ultra luxury design projects is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
