AHS, a renowned real estate company, is seeking a highly professional and experienced Private Head Butler/Private House Manager to join our team. As the Private Head Butler/Private House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of private estates within our portfolio. This is a prestigious and challenging role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide personalized service to discerning clients.

Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team of domestic staff, including butlers, housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and gardeners
• Coordinate and oversee all activities within the private estate, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property
• Anticipate and fulfill the unique needs and preferences of the residents, providing personalized and attentive service
• Manage... budgets, inventories, and purchasing for the estate
• Coordinate and manage external service providers such as contractors, suppliers, and event planners
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and security regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Private Head Butler, Private House Manager, or in a similar role overseeing luxury private estates
• Exceptional knowledge of household management, service etiquette, and maintenance practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, as required
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Valid driver's license
