Job Descrption

What You'll Do:
• Collaborate on furniture schedule and resource planning for project roadmap.
• Proactively lead the SELECTION, design, and research of furniture products.
• Collaborate with the design team, clients, consultants, fabricators, and other vendors.
• Create tagged plans and supplementary furniture documentation to support drawings
• Knowledgeable in European Brands furniture. (MUST)
• Assist the project team in producing presentation materials and coordinating furniture designs with vendors and other resources.
• Select furniture finishes and material palettes; conduct product research and generate specifications as required.
• Conduct site visits as needed to lead or assist with the furniture punch list.

What you must have:
• A degree in Interior Design.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience at a design firm or furniture dealership.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Develop drawings (2D & 3D views) of proposed furniture in client space... using AutoCAD, SketchUp software and or any other solution needed.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner and adhere to strict project completion deadlines.
• Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability for analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Strong direct knowledge of fabric and finish option suitability, and the ability to conduct product research and resolve custom requests.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• FURNITURE DESIGN/SPECIFICATION: 2 years (Required)
