We are seeking a skilled Architectural and Interior Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD software, excellent drafting skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models for architectural and interior design projects
- Develop and maintain project drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to gather data for drawings
- Research and implement new CAD technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and quality
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings and models
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in architectural... and interior drafting in Dubai.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations Dubai
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in architecture, interior design, or related field preferred.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with 3d visualizing software (3ds max, SketchUp, d5, Lumion, Corona)
- LEED AP or NCARB certification
