Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing architectural tender packages for healthcare projects and be proficient in CAD software. This role requires a thorough understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and the ability to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce comprehensive architectural tender packages, ensuring all designs adhere to healthcare project specifications.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs to create detailed architectural drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, including DOH and DHA guidelines.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the project team to meet the required... standards.
• Assist in obtaining necessary licenses and approvals, including the Practice Engineer License issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transportation (DMT) – Abu Dhabi.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. Recognition certificate from the Ministry of Education – UAE is a must.

Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE, with a focus on producing architectural tender packages for healthcare projects.

Licensing and Certification:
• Ability to obtain a clear criminal record certificate from the Ministry of Interior (MOI).
• Practice Engineer License issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transportation (DMT) – Abu Dhabi is preferred.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Strong technical drawing skills with the ability to create accurate and precise architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software and visualization tools is a plus.

Knowledge:
• Solid knowledge of architectural design principles and local building codes, especially DOH and DHA guidelines.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges effectively
