The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in developing innovative design solutions for a range of projects. Your confident leadership and adept project management skills will enable you to deliver powerful design outcomes while... shaping a positive culture within the Dubai studio and contributing to international initiatives.

About You

You are driven by purpose in your design approach, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality conceptual work. Your experience spans from concept design and master planning to contract documentation and administration, with a solid understanding of translating ideas into buildable documentation packages.

You thrive in diverse environments, adeptly navigating the complexities of city-shaping projects while collaborating with international clients. Strong communication skills have empowered you to effectively advocate for design solutions, while your capacity for active listening helps you develop comprehensive briefs.

You have experience leading design teams in both face-to-face and remote settings and take joy in mentoring others. Your career has involved leading or assisting in submissions and proposals, and you are confident in preparing high-quality documentation and presenting to clients.

Proficiency in 3D design software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
