Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
• Plan and organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's... degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding of children's needs.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other educators and staff members.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
