Job Title: Trading and Stocks Analyst - Global Financial Markets

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Trading and Stocks Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will analyze global financial markets, assess trading opportunities, and provide strategic insights to enhance our investment portfolio. Your expertise in market trends, stock performance, and economic indicators will be critical in driving informed decision-making and achieving our financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of global financial markets, including equities, commodities, and currencies.

Monitor macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical events, and regional trends to assess their impact on market movements.

Stock Evaluation:

Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and market data to evaluate the performance of stocks in the global market.

Utilize various valuation techniques to... identify potential investment opportunities.

Trading Strategies:

Develop and implement trading strategies based on market analysis, risk assessments, and portfolio objectives.

Collaborate with portfolio managers to identify actionable trading opportunities.

Risk Management:

Monitor and evaluate portfolio risks associated with trading activities, ensuring adherence to risk management policies.

Recommend adjustments to trading strategies in response to market fluctuations and risk assessments.

Reporting and Insights:

Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing market trends, stock evaluations, and trading performance for management and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation of trading activities and performance metrics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including traders, portfolio managers, and research analysts, to align investment strategies with market insights.

Participate in team meetings to discuss market outlook, investment strategies, and trading ideas.

Technology Utilization:

Leverage financial software and trading platforms for market analysis and execution of trades.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools that enhance trading efficiency and data analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CMT) is a plus.

- 5-7 years of experience in trading, investment analysis, or related roles within global financial markets.

- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and financial instruments, particularly in the context of the Middle East and global markets.

- Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, fitch ratings).

Skills:

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for financial markets and trading.
