Job Overview:
Guzel Beauty Salon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager preferably Arab to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and salon management, with excellent leadership and organizational skills to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain salon inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and train a team of hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
• Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and oversee performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maintain high staff morale.
•... Customer Service:
• Ensure an excellent client experience by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Implement and oversee customer loyalty programs and promotions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and manage feedback to continuously improve services.
• Sales & Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions.
• Drive retail sales of beauty products and services through effective team training.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, customer retention, and staff productivity.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure the salon adheres to Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.
• Manage the implementation of hygiene protocols in line with local regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role within a beauty or wellness business.
• Strong knowledge of hair, skin, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with salon management software and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Understanding of current beauty trends and customer preferences.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred:
• Previous experience working in Dubai.
• Experience in a ladies-only salon environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
