Job Responsibilities:
• Teach Makeup Artistry: Deliver comprehensive training in various makeup techniques, including everyday, bridal, editorial, theatrical, and special effects makeup, to help students master their skills.
• Beauty Therapy Instruction: Provide hands-on education in essential beauty therapy services, such as facials, skincare, waxing, and more, ensuring students are well-rounded in their expertise.
• Curriculum Design: Develop and update lesson plans that blend both makeup artistry and beauty therapy, aligning with industry trends to ensure students are market-ready.
• Practical Demonstrations: Perform live demonstrations of makeup and beauty techniques, emphasizing the importance of hygiene, client care, and professionalism.
• Marketing and Brand Development: Inspire students with insights on personal branding and client relationship management. Teach effective marketing strategies for building a successful career in the beauty industry, including social media... portfolio development, and customer engagement.
• Student Assessments: Regularly assess student performance through practical exams and provide constructive feedback to help them grow in confidence and competence.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest trends, products, and techniques in both makeup and beauty therapy, keeping the curriculum fresh and relevant.
• Career Guidance and Mentoring: Guide students in building professional portfolios, developing marketing plans, and navigating their future careers in the beauty industry.
• Hygiene & Safety Education: Teach the importance of maintaining high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in all beauty and makeup practices.

Qualifications:
• Certification in professional makeup artistry and beauty therapy.
• Experience in both makeup artistry and beauty therapy.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with a passion for mentoring and student success.
• Up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends and products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a positive, inspiring learning atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
