Job Descrption

Job Responsibility: Prepare the design of a wide range of marine structures, including production of technical reports, written calculations, design briefs, specifications, drawings, schedules, contract documentation and the like. Follow design guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work. Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules. Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Check compliance with QA/Safety/Environment goals. Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Worley Quality Management System. Safety Responsible for personal safety and implementing safe working practices. HSE Understand and follow OH&S procedures.Education & experience: A relevant Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Engineering Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership preferable Familiar with British, European and International standards and other construction practices, such as PIANC. Knowledge of the design of a... range of marine structures such as different types of quay walls, jetties, dolphins, sea water intakes/outfalls and pumping stations. Experienced in the use of industry software. Job Specific Experience: Relevant design experience on a range of marine projects.
