Manage and oversee site operations, ensuring renovation works align with project timelines and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may affect project delivery.Prepare and maintain daily site reports, documenting progress, challenges, and updates for stakeholders.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.Collaborate with architects and designers to address any design discrepancies and facilitate smooth execution.Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring all work meets specified design and engineering standards. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, providing a strong technical foundation.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fitout or renovation projects, demonstrating hands-on expertise.Previous experience in commercial fitouts is preferred... ensuring familiarity with industry standards.Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus for multicultural environments.A keen eye for detail, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.Cultural adaptability and team collaboration skills, essential for working with diverse groups
