We are seeking a skilled and experienced Extrusion Incharge to join our team in the flexible packaging industry. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage our extrusion operations, ensuring efficient production of high-quality flexible packaging materials.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the extrusion department, including operators and technicians.
• Ensure smooth operation of extrusion lines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency and output.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for machine upkeep and improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree , Diploma or relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience in extrusion operations... preferably in flexible packaging.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
• Extrusion Incharge: 6 years (Preferred)

Language:
• English and Hindi (Required
