Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager Sales to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our sales strategy, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to our growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Value Enhancement: Proactively seek opportunities to add value to our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Cost & Pricing Management: Regularly review and adjust raw material costs and selling prices to maintain or improve profit margins.
• Sales Expansion: Increase production tonnage by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing customers. Establish benchmarks and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Budget & Forecasting: Achieve sales objectives and commercial budget targets. Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed budget goals, analyzing performance and... implementing strategies to minimize variances.
• Customer & Vendor Management: Secure receivables to manage cash flow, forecast raw material needs, and ensure effective vendor coordination to reduce lead times.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with production and FG teams to ensure timely delivery of samples, follow up with customers to secure orders, and address any feedback or complaints.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather and act on customer feedback, provide innovative ideas based on market trends, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and prevent future issues.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Marketing/Sales or International Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a focus on new customer development and account management.
• Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
