Experienced Nanny Sought for Dubai Family

A dedicated family in Dubai is seeking a highly qualified and experienced nanny to provide exceptional care and educational support for their child.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the child: Provides vigilant supervision and attentive care throughout the day.
• Start and end each day with warmth and care: Assists with morning routines and evening winddown activities, including reading bedtime stories and preparing the child for a restful night's sleep.
• Engage in daily learning and play activities: Designs and implements age-appropriate interactive play sessions that stimulate the child's cognitive and motor skills development.
• Support early childhood development: Encourages the child's growth through structured learning activities focusing on language development, basic counting, and sensory exploration.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks: Ensures the child receives balanced and healthy food tailored to... their dietary needs, fostering good eating habits from an early age.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment: Keeps the child's play area, bedroom, and belongings tidy and sanitized, ensuring a safe and hygienic living space.
• Communicate effectively with parents: Provides daily updates on the child's activities, milestones, and any notable observations, ensuring parents are informed and involved in their child's development.
• Foster emotional wellbeing: Offers a nurturing and supportive presence, providing comfort, reassurance, and a listening ear to the child's needs.
• Monitor developmental milestones: Observes and tracks the child's growth and development, identifying any areas that may need additional attention or support.
• Promote positive behavior: Teaches and reinforces good manners, social skills, and positive behavior through gentle guidance and consistent routines.
• Adapt to the family's schedule and needs: Demonstrates flexibility with working hours and tasks, accommodating any changes in the family's routine or special requests.
• Treat the family with respect and professionalism: Maintains the family's privacy and confidentiality, always conducting oneself with integrity and professionalism.
• Participate in outings and activities: Accompanies the child on walks, visits to the park, and other outdoor activities, promoting physical exercise and social interaction.

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of proven experience as a childcare nanny or in related childcare roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field specializing in child development.
• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in teaching children; teaching experience preferred.
• Flexible availability working 10 to 12 hours a day with one day off per week.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a sense of humor to engage with children effectively.
• Capable of remaining calm and composed under pressure, maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for the child.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to high-profile lifestyles.
