Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/ Couple to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities. The ideal candidate/s will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for employees, tenants, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow cleaning protocols efficiently.
• Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, kitchens, and other assigned areas.

Remove trash and recycling regularly and ensure proper disposal.

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any deficiencies or repairs needed.

Ensure floors are kept free of hazards such as spills and debris.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissues in restrooms and other areas.

Follow company health... and safety standards, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the cleanliness of the facility aligns with company standards.

Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning, polishing floors, and upholstery care.

Respond promptly to any urgent cleaning requests from management or tenants.

Report any damage or issues within the premises to the supervisor for timely repairs.
• Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling, and safety protocols.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and move cleaning equipment.
