Mechanical QC Inspector (CSWIP Certified)

Salary Range: AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical QC Inspector with a strong background in field pipeline, welding, and structural experience to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of pipelines, welds, and structural components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API).
• Utilize CSWIP inspection techniques to verify weld quality and identify potential defects.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive inspection reports and documentation.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, welders, and other QC personnel.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in field mechanical quality control inspection, specifically in pipelines, welding, and structural projects.
• Valid CSWIP... certification (mandatory, specify level if needed).
• In-depth knowledge of welding processes, procedures, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Experience with relevant inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
