Job Summary:
The Carpenter Head is responsible for overseeing all carpentry operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and project deadlines are met. This role involves leading a team of carpenters, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other trades to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and architects to review project plans and specifications, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Quality Control: Ensure all carpentry work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality assurance.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and best practices. Conduct safety... meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in carpentry or construction management is a plus.
