Job Description:

K4 Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Tile Mason to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in tile installation and maintenance, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications.
• Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
• Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying underlayment.
• Mix and apply grout and adhesives to secure tiles in place.
• Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tile requirements.
• Collaborate with other... trades and contractors to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of tile masonry experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in installing and finishing a variety of tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, and stone.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of tile setting materials, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and operate tools.
• Trade certification or relevant qualifications in tile masonry is preferred.
