Job Descrption

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic Joinery and Fit-out work team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide highly detailed budget estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, and loose furniture projects.
• Prepare comprehensive Estimates and BOQs for high-end residential and commercial projects, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE’s leading interior fit-out and joinery sector.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and manage the bid calendar, ensuring bids are submitted on time.
• Interpret and review drawings, tender documents, specifications, quantities, price tenders, and prepare contract documents.
• Maintain a database of suppliers and subcontractors while actively seeking new companies to pre-qualify for future tenders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for BOQs and estimates, leveraging expertise in AutoCAD and Excel.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity... surveying, engineering, and estimation within the UAE’s high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end materials and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for quantity takeoffs and estimation.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to use Excel and other estimation software.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
