Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SME Banking Sales Officer to join our dynamic team experience in SME loans, POS loan . This role involves driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to provide tailored banking solutions that meet their financial needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1... experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on SME sales.
• Strong understanding of banking products and financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential SME clients to promote banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Analyze clients’ financial needs and provide customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
• Prepare and present proposals and financial solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the client relationship.
