2. Fleet Management
• Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for vehicles including registration renewals, insurance, other permits.
• Monitor vehicle performance and implement preventative maintenance programs.
4. Team Management and Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor fleet operations staff and administrative support.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
