The Client Success Manager will have a highly responsible, client-facing role, managing and developing existing relationships with our Data customers reporting to the Director of Client Success. This person will be responsible for client retention and growth of existing accounts and is ultimately accountable for client satisfaction within the organization. Duties include product onboarding, campaign troubleshooting, managing and cultivating relationships at all levels of the customer's organization.
What you will be doing
Accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned book of business
Manage multiple client accounts and develop strong relationships with individual day-to-day contacts within the client's organization
Work cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth product onboarding process for client activation
DSP Troubleshooting
Identify and help sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients, that help them achieve the most efficient returns & results on their overall marketing dollars
Leverage data to assess, diagnose and prescribe campaign optimizations to exceed client expectations
Serve as ‘teacher’ for clients operational processes with internal teams including campaign setup and troubleshooting
Perform various other duties, as assigned
You'll have
Minimum of 2 years of Programmatic trading at an agency or DSP/SSP
Minimum of 1 year of Client Service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must have a strong quantitative aptitude
Excellent presentation skills coupled with the confidence to effectively communicate complex ideas in front of large or small audiences of varying authority (e.g. Media Buyers to Chief Marketing Officers)
