Bookerkeeper / Credit controller
This company has got 5 different businesses, that range from restaurant and bars to a hair and beauty salon.
We are looking for someone that is like the heart of the business. The parent of the business. Someone for staff and management to call on for support, and a total extension of the Owners. It is such an important role that needs someone smart, street wise, experienced and can think on their feet. This is NOT Just a bookkeeper / accountant roll. This is a combination from office management, credit control, bookkeeping C. You must have attributes that lend its self to all these areas.
if you have worked in... hospitality it is a plus
This role is an extremely diverse role so please do not apply if you are only a credit controller.

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Very experienced in XERO
• ACA or ACCA
• compiling timely cashflows
• compiling management accounts
• running payroll
• managing holiday and holiday requests
• supplier liasiing on a daily basis with a streetwise approach
• Reconciling the venues reporting
• Providing administrative support to the office team
• Keeping a close watch on debtor account balances
• Ensuring the team adhere to credit and collection procedures
• Setting payment plans with creditors
• Checking customer’s credit ratings
• Dealing with internal queries about payments
• Ensuring customers pay on time
• Dealing with HMRC
• Run and over see payroll
Office Manager
• Support for all the management for all the businesses
• use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
• Oversee the companies HR
• Arrange necessary repairs for all the business location
• Making orders for the venues
• Trouble shooting
The candidate must have the following attributes:
• Experience with XERO
