About the Role:

You'll design software solutions that meet our needs and end-users. You'll lead the delivery of full-stack applications, having expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. You'll guide a team of developers and ensure the successful execution of projects. You'll report into the Manager of Digital Delivery, and this is a remote role.

You Will:
• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers. Sharing best practices, promoting code quality, and encouraging a culture of learning and improvement.
• Design and develop full-stack web applications. This includes working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) as well as back-end technologies like server-side languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Lead the architectural design and overall technical approach for projects, collaborate with the partners to understand requirements, translate them into technical... specifications, and make informed decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and database design.
• Build scalable and secure APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the server and client-side components.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, and code quality.
• Conduct testing and debugging to resolve software defects and issues.
• Work in an Agile development environment, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team. Develop and improve automation solutions to help teams to build and deploy code.
• Manage performance of enterprise applications, ensuring continuous improvement, responsiveness, accountability, and seamless service for customers.
• Take an active role in System Requirement Analysis and provide quality estimates and timelines for support tasks for projects and enhancement requests.
• Document technical specifications, architectural decisions, and project-related information. Contribute to knowledge bases and collaborate with the team to share insights, lessons learned, and best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

You Have:
• Extensive experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) software support and development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
