As the Soft Services Manage, you’ll lead the Ward Hostess, Cleaning, and Operational services for our client's NHS Trust contract.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular site audits and spot checks to ensure service delivery across cleaning, ward services, grounds, and windows aligns with SLAs
• Enforce hygiene and work standards throughout clinics and bedded units, maintaining compliance with hygiene regulations and staff conduct policies
• Set, communicate, and review objectives for the team to align with business goals and uphold the professional image of the service
• Monitor performance standards, especially for National Standards of Cleaning, Infection Control, Food Safety, and COSHH regulations
• Maintain accurate records for employee matters, including attendance, disciplinary actions, and other statutory documentation
• Respond proactively to customer needs and support improvements in service quality

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Experience in a Soft Services role
• People management skills and experience
• Knowledge of cleaning services
• Understanding of other FM (Facilities Management) services
• Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
