• Focused on single site just off Euston Station with some support to satellite site in Redhill

One of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to develop their Engineering team aligned against their client's corporate banking facility off Euston station

The site is a major, modern development critical to the client's UK operation, housing 1000s of end user staff. Key to running the building are a multitude of M&E systems looked after by your engineering team, operating in a Shift Pattern basis

As the Technical Manager, you will manage this team, ensure the service meets compliance and operational needs, while ensuring you are working to budget, plus managing the relationship between you and your team and the paying client

While the role is largely site based just off Euston station, there is a satellite facility in Redhill Surrey, you will visit once a week or so

Due to the critical nature of the site, we... would be looking you to have been exposed to a critical facility prior while having led an engineering operation

Actions will include:
• Ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all facility Engineering activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the Account Regional portfolio.
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, supporting on account leadership in the management of service delivery and where required driving local initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting
• Support the development / execution and leadership to technicians and Engineers to site level Engineering budgets and forecasts in accordance with Group TS blueprints
• Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets to include revenue, expenses, and aged debts targets within the Region.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services
