Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential

Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the London Prime and Super Prime Residential market.

The live vacancies we have for Quantity Surveyors are listed below:

1) Intermediate/Project QS - Mayfair/Kensington

£55k to £65k + bens

Super Prime Residential specialist, established for over 25 years.

Projects include refurbishments, structural alterations and super prime fit outs to £20m in contract value. The company pride themselves on the ultra high quality of their finishes.
• Site based position
• Reporting to a Senior QS who will be based in the office overseeing 2 projects
• Seeking candidates who are keen to learn and develop their career under the mentorship of an experienced Senior QS and Commercial Director.

2) Senior QS - Belgravia

£70k-£90k + full benefits package

Long Established, well known main contractor operating within the Prime Residential market.

Undertaking projects... from £5m-£15m within London.

Extremely strong team, who are all really decent characters who have forged a great working environment in conjunction with the companies commitment to personal development, training and wellbeing.
• Seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage 1-2 projects, reporting to the Regional Commercial Lead.

3) Project or Senior QS - Hampshire/Surrey

to £90k + bens or Ltd Co equivalent

Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist.
• Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a £20m refurbishment and extension of a private residence.
• Reporting to the Senior QS or Commercial Director.

4) Project or Senior QS - Marlborough, Wilts

to £90k + bens or Ltd Co equivalent

Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist.
• Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a Major (£70m+) flagship Super Prime residential project on a Country Estate.
• Reporting to the Senior QS or Commercial Director.

5) Experienced Project QS or Senior QS - Mayfair or Soho

£65k to £100k 'all in'

£150m+ turnover main contractor with several opportunities further to a number of new project wins.
• £40m Uber Prime Residential fit out, Mayfair
• £20m Super Prime refurbishment, Mayfair
• £20m Commercial cut and carve, Soho
