Description of the position:

Tradeweb’s Finance function operates a global team across New York, London, Sydney and Singapore. The department consists of over 50 employees overseen by the CFO based in New York. In London, the team is managed by the Managing Director, Head of International Finance.

Tradeweb is currently looking to recruit a FP&A junior to join the International Finance team. The vision for this role is that the successful candidate will build a working knowledge of Tradeweb’s products, pricing, systems and data as quickly as possible with help and support from a team of internal professionals.

Job

responsibilities:
• Business Finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis for the international division
• Compilation of internal reporting to Finance, Senior Business management, Product Management, and Sales
• Support modelling and pricing analysis for product offerings for senior team members
• Day to day support for ad hoc... analysis requests
• Assistance with month end close activities including estimates and analytical reviews
• Administration and maintenance of existing database models used for reporting
• Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business
• Opportunity to work across the finance function

Essential Skills / Experience:
• Desire to build a commercial understanding of the business - not just ‘numbers in boxes’
• Proven work experience in a finance role
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formula knowledge for data analysis and data visualization
• Strong PowerPoint skills for compiling presentations at senior management/board level
• Self-starter with positive attitude and able to work well in a team of professionals
• Experience in working with large/complex datasets and deriving qualitative summary points
• Good communication skills, both written and oral

Desirable Skills / Experience:
• Relevant University degree
• Industry experience
• Proven work experience in a finance role
• Tableau / Adaptive / Zuora / Alteryx
