Document Production Operator - Nights - 11pm-6am at Ryder Reid Legal

Job Descrption
We are looking for a skilled Document Production Specialist to work within the Document Services team at a great international law firm near Liverpool Street. The role is Monday to Friday, night shift 11pm-6am.
The role is paying a competitive salary + benefits!
Duties include (but not limited to):
• Revise, format and cross-reference legal documents
• Convert documents between varying formats
• Create and run mail merges
• Reformat and handle documents according to the firm's standards and practices.
• Maintain firm brand standards at all times
• Provide technical support including troubleshooting
• Other technical duties as and when required
To be considered for this role you MUST have proven experience as a word processor in a legal or financial services environment.
You will be someone who can work efficiently in a high-pressure environment... meet tight deadlines, and provide outstanding customer service.
You must have advanced knowledge of the following applications: Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, OmniPage, Nuance Power PDF, Litera (Compare), DocXtools and Outlook.
