Office Administrator/Coordinator

Salary: £30-40k depending on experience

Location: Hoxton, London

Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Administrator, you'll be an integral part of their team, ensuring the smooth running of their office. Your responsibilities will include:
• Producing accurate reports
• Assisting with correspondence and communication across teams and external partners.
• Completing data entry tasks with precision.
• Prioritising and multitasking effectively to meet deadlines
• Managing invoices for the sales department and accurately inputting information
• Providing general administrative support
• Maintain the office social calendar.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Creating a positive office... atmosphere
• Any other duties as and when required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Some experience using accounting software is beneficial
• Strong organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication
• Numeracy skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
