Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide crucial support in maintaining office efficiency and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Duties
- Proficiently utilise Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computerised systems
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing office supplies and schedules
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and maintain excellent phone etiquette
Requirements
- Must have a UK or European passport and can travel for client meetings within Eurpoe.
- Preferably single female who can confidently manage our Malta office and if required can stay in Malta. (Accommodation will be provided)
Other requirments
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in typing and strong computer skills are essential
- Excellent organisational abilities to... manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
