Job Title: Cloud Target Model Consultant

Location: London - Hybrid Working

Contract: 6 Months

Day Rate: £1,200

Are you an Azure expert with a passion for transforming cloud operations within the insurance sector? We are seeking a dynamic Cloud Target Model Consultant to join our team and drive impactful change for a leading global financial services client. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Target Operating Models (TOM) that align cloud strategies with key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Assessment: Evaluate current business operations and IT landscapes with a focus on Azure cloud infrastructure.
• TOM Design: Develop and implement Azure-based Target Operating Models tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
• Cloud Optimization: Provide expert recommendations to optimize cloud governance, automation, and cost management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely... with stakeholders to ensure the Azure operating model aligns with broader business strategies.
• Process Development: Create and refine processes for efficient cloud service delivery, operations, and monitoring.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that the Azure platform complies with all security, regulatory, and operational best practices.
• Leadership and Training: Lead workshops and training sessions to help teams adopt new operating models.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine cloud operating models based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in Azure cloud architecture and operations.
• Strong understanding of Target Operating Models (TOM) and their implementation in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in cloud governance, automation, and operational frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Education:
• Relevant Azure certifications preferred.
